To Remove Bankruptcy From Your Credit Report You Must Know This First
By Stephanie Robins on March 17, 2010, 6:04 am Posted in Economy NewsGoing through a bankruptcy should be a last resort for anyone who has become late with payments, and is experiencing financial problems. If this describes you, you should avoid declaring bankruptcy at all costs.
The Aftermath
In the aftermath of your bankruptcy, you will find yourself with the harsh mark of ‘bankrupt’, on your credit report. And what most people don’t realize, is that within that reported bankruptcy, all of the accounts that were closed because of bankruptcy will also be shown.
Essentially, your credit report now reflects that every account you have ever opened, is now a bankruptcy account. Your report becomes a huge mess, and there is no lender who will give you a loan. So, though a bankruptcy might immediately resolve your debt problems, it will leave you unable to get any form of loan or credit. Most creditors do not want to loan money to people that have a bankruptcies on their records, and will stay away from you.
How to Change Your Luck
So what do you do if you have a bankruptcy on your credit report? The only thing that you can do is, delete, delete, delete. This may seem like an easy solution, but it is the only practical solution.
A bankruptcy is like any other credit account. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, it can be disputed. As a consumer, you can challenge the bankruptcy, and the accounts contained in the bankruptcy with the credit bureaus. By saying nothing, you acknowledge that the account is yours. By denying it, you refuse. A great benefit of getting a bankruptcy removed, is that so many accounts are contained within the bankruptcy, and will be deleted. But the item of main importance, is the removal of the bankruptcy.
When you are challenging your bankruptcy, you want to make sure that you do not challenge everything on your credit report. This makes your requests look frivolous, and your account will not receive any further review for several months. You can dispute all of these things yourself, but you can also use a credit repair service to make it easy for you. In any case, you should try to have a bankruptcy withdrawn from your credit report, or you will not receive any good opportunities for credit in the future.

People who declared bankruptcy are hypocrite. A woman owed me $20,000 and she also owed another woman $30,000. She lives a luxury life of lies and she keeps on lying and stealing from people and at the end she declared bankruptcy. She gets to keep her house, her car and her belonging. The people she cheated and lied to get NOTHING BUT THE SHAFT!
I can not say her name here because I AM NOT ALLOW TO do anything with her. She should go to H*
